Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your unopened and unused item(s) must be received in original condition, within 14 days from the date of purchase with receipt. 

Please contact us by email to initiate your return and we will respond promptly with the next steps! Please include your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Opened, used or personal hygiene products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. Where a return is possible, shipping fees are the customers responsibility to facilitate a return.

Exceptions are made if we are at fault yet every effort will be made to ensure that you are very pleased with your shopping experience.
